Inclusive education - Perspective in Serbia and environment experiences – was the subject of the Conference „Education for all” happened in Pancevo at November 1-4 in 2006. Association of the Students with Disabilities (ADS) from Belgrade realized this conference with more than 100 participants. Because the social and architectural barriers children’s and youth with disabilities have not a fundamental right – for growing and learning in theirs naturally environment. In Serbia many 6-year-old disabled children’s with disabilities going in the special schools in other cities for students with disabilities and they being dissociate from theirs families and communities. 84% of mental disabled children’s are excluded from the educational system, on the University of Belgrade 400 are disabled students (many of them not proceed education and going to study), because many of them finish extremely primary and high schools and feel inferior athwart of the students from regular schools. In their special schools, they were educated only for some (scarce) jobs. For that reason 25.000-disabled people in Serbia does not work, and only 0, 5% have University diplomas. Government giving much more money for special schools than will be giving for ’Inclusive education’ and Inclusion will be more payable if all children’s have a right to regular education and all youth have regular right for employment. A professor from regular schools thinks that they not educated for working with disabled children’s and asking extra education even if there is a special team educated for making individual programs for any disabled child. How and which ways to enable regular education for disabled students seek to give answers many experts from Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Macedonia and people from Serbian government.
Between the participants were the activists of the organizations of students and youth with disabilities from Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, and Macedonia (from all countries from Ex Yugoslavia except Slovenia because of the languages barriers)
Slobodan Vuksanovic – Minister of education and sport in Serbian Government, opened conference with Predrag Jelicic – Councilor of Serbian President Boris Tadic, Sladjana Markovic – Sector for custody disabled people, and Goran Pavlovic – executive Director of ADS Belgrade.

He calls this people to continue theirs participation and keep coming to governments meetings consider legislations for disabled children and youth. Problem is non-inclusive culture, and we must work on giving more information to the civilian and create friendly environment for every citizen in Serbia.
